Brandon James is seeking a Principal Designer for CDM and Building Regulations to join a multidisciplinary consultancy. You will lead and support on a wide range of projects, mitigating design-stage health and safety risks and guiding Gateway processes.

The role suits an Architect or CDM Principal Designer with relevant Building Regulation experience; registration as an Architect or CABE/APS competency is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Mitigate design stage Health & Safety risks and support the management of Gateway processes.
• Lead and support on a wide variety of project sectors within a fast-growing Principal Design service.
