Compliance Consultancy is seeking a CDM Principal Designer to join a flexible team, offering full autonomy to manage your calendar while collaborating with experienced colleagues. You will work on large-scale projects across sectors and remotely join a supportive environment with monthly team meetups.

Applicants should have at least 3 years in a CDM Principal Designer/Advisor role, hold a NEBOSH Construction Certificate and TechIOSH membership. Up to £55,000 pa plus bonus and benefits.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of CDM Principal Designer/Advisor experience.
• NEBOSH Construction Certificate.
• TechIOSH Membership.

Responsibilities

• Mitigate risk within the design stage.
• Conduct site audits when required.
• Collate Pre-Construction Information and review Construction Phase Plans.
• Manage the H&S file and support handover to Principal Contractor.
