Job summary

Brandon James is seeking a CDM Principal Designer in Manchester to lead major projects as the sole CDM Principal Designer across diverse sectors.

The role focuses on mitigating risks at early design stages and ensuring smooth handover to Principal Contractor, with a preference for candidates with business development experience and APS and/or IOSH membership. Excellent package on offer including car allowance and healthcare.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of CDM Principal Designer experience.
• Membership with APS and/or IOSH (Tech IOSH or IMaPS) is expected.
• Proven track record in business development or bringing in clients/work.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery on major projects as sole CDM Principal Designer.
• Mitigate CDM risks at early design stages and communicate clearly for smooth handover to Principal Contractor.
• Engage with clients and stakeholders to maintain long-term relationships.
