Brandon James is seeking a Senior CDM Principal Designer to lead on major projects across multiple UK sectors, delivering CDM duties and ensuring a smooth handover to Principal Contractors, while mitigating risk at early design stages.

The successful candidate will have 3+ years in a CDM Principal Designer role, a track record in business development or a strong client network, and full APS and/or IOSH membership (Tech IOSH or IMaPS).

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in a CDM Principal Designer role.
• Proven track record of bringing clients or developing business networks.
• Full membership with APS and/or IOSH (Tech IOSH or IMaPS).

Responsibilities

• Mitigate risk at early design stages and lead on all CDM tasks.
• Ensure clear communication to achieve smooth handover to Principal Contractor.
• Lead on major projects across complex sectors.
