Job summary

Bimplus in London is seeking a Senior CDM Principal Designer to strengthen their health and safety team across education, healthcare and residential projects.

You will lead CDM Principal Designer duties under CDM 2015, oversee pre-construction, chair design team meetings, review risk assessments, and guide clients and designers while managing key accounts. The role offers a path to Associate with ongoing CPD and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must have extensive experience as a Senior CDM Principal Designer or in a similar role.
• Strong leadership of health and safety in design and construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of CDM Principal Designer duties under CDM 2015.
• Oversee pre-construction phase ensuring health and safety integration in design.
• Chair design team meetings and review risk assessments.
• Provide guidance to clients and designers and manage key client accounts.
