Job summary

Bupa in the United Kingdom is hiring a BABCP-accredited Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist for a fully remote, permanent role. It is available as part-time (minimum of 3 days per week, 24 hours) with a salary of £47,000 per year for full-time, prorated for part-time, and shifts that cover UK hours.

You will deliver high-intensity CBT one-to-one sessions via MS Teams, complete thorough assessments, and collaborate with the therapy team.

Qualifications

• Provide high-quality CBT or brief interventions
• Deliver comprehensive assessments and formulations
• Adhere to case management processes with clinical leads
• Flexible delivery models including telephone or video sessions

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality Cognitive Behavioural Therapy or low-level brief interventions which demonstrates excellent clinical outcomes
• Deliver comprehensive assessments and formulations that drive evidence-based intervention
• Ensure a thorough assessment determines the most appropriate pathway of care and support for the client
• Provide different models of service delivery including telephone or video consultation, depending on client preference
• Adhere to Bupa’s case management processes and work collaboratively with the Clinical Leads and wider therapy team
• Adhere to sessional limits depending on the client’s monetary allowance as determined by their Private Medical Insurance, whilst working towards therapeutic recovery goals
