Job summary

Bupa Mindplace Leeds is seeking a Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist to deliver high-quality CBT services in a flexible, part-time capacity. The role supports assessments, formulations and intervention planning across multiple delivery methods to meet client needs at Mindplace Leeds.

The successful candidate will hold BABCP accreditation with a Post-Graduate Diploma in CBT and bring at least 2 years of post-qualification experience in high-intensity CBT.

Qualifications

• BABCP accreditation required.
• Post‑graduate CBT diploma with BABCP accreditation.
• At least 2 years’ post‑qualification experience providing high‑intensity CBT interventions.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality CBT or brief interventions with strong outcomes.
• Deliver assessments and formulations to guide care pathways.
• Offer face‑to‑face, telephone or video consultations based on client preference.
• Adhere to case management processes and work with the therapy team.
• Attend regular clinical supervision and maintain professional practice.
