Youthnet seeks a Placement Support Manager to oversee caregiver support services for youth in our Caregiver Support Program. You will manage a caseload, develop placement support plans, and coordinate services to meet each youth's needs.

The role requires strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to work onsite with some remote capability, aligning with Youthnet's mission and values.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social services or a closely related field.
• Bachelor's degree in social services or closely related field; or five years of relevant experience.
• 16 hours of preservice training and 12 hours of annual training required.

Responsabilités

• Provide individualized case support and coordination of services.
• Develop Caregiver Support Plans for each youth placed into care.
• Deliver caregiver support services and monitor the child/youth progress.
• Coordinate referrals and connect families to community resources.
