Informa TechTarget is seeking a Campaign Fulfillment Manager to join the Client Delivery team. You’ll oversee end-to-end demand generation campaigns, ensuring smooth execution, alignment with client objectives, and delivery of measurable results.

You’ll collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and internal teams in a fast-paced environment, applying strong data skills and proactive communication. This role offers flexible in-person/hybrid work arrangements and opportunities for career growth

Qualifikationen

• Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred in Marketing, Management, or Business.
• Experience: 0–2 years of professional experience; Campaign Manager experience is beneficial but not required.
• Attention to detail: strong organizational skills and meticulous eye for detail.
• Proactive and dependable: ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Communication: clear verbal and written communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Oversee all operational aspects of demand generation programs from start to finish.
• Gather and communicate complex campaign requirements to stakeholders.
• Monitor progress and health of campaigns; ensure alignment with client goals.
• Deliver high-quality customer service and ensure deliverables meet standards.
• Identify and troubleshoot campaign or client-facing issues promptly.
• Provide detailed status and performance reports to Sales, Customer Success, and Client Delivery Leadership.
• Monitor forecasted revenue and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Track program pacing and coordinate with internal teams for timely delivery.
• Handle day-to-day operational tasks and take on additional projects as needed.
