Job summary

Informa TechTarget, a global B2B technology leader, is seeking a Client Delivery Specialist to manage contract-delivery from inception to completion, ensuring customer satisfaction. You will coordinate campaign materials, support advertisers, and liaise with Sales, CS, and Product Ops while maintaining accurate reporting and forecasting.

The role requires strong communication, multitasking and organizational skills, plus a collaborative, fast-paced mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience as Customer Service Representative or Sales Administrator is a plus.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Extremely reliable – team player.
• Professional phone skills.
• Ability to handle multiple deadlines, calls and projects.
• Fast thinker and quick decision maker.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Proven sales and client management abilities in advertising/agency markets.
• Accurate data entry and problem solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate receipt of online creative materials from Agencies/Advertisers to meet deadlines.
• Build relationships with Advertisers to provide support and fulfill campaigns.
• Communicate with Sales, CSM, Product Ops about campaign status, performance and execution.
• Provide excellent Customer Service via phone and email.
• Provide order status and performance updates to Sales Reps.
• Ensure proper revenue forecasting and recognition weekly.
• Set up auto-reporting and own manual client reporting deliveries.
• Process Campaign Changes with Sales and clients regarding impact and timing.
• Secure proof of delivery and perform month-end close tasks.
