Job summary

Informa TechTarget, a fast-growing B2B technology leader, is seeking a Campaign Fulfillment Manager for its Client Delivery team in London. You’ll manage end-to-end demand generation campaigns, coordinating with Sales, CS, and Delivery to ensure timeliness and results.

Based at the 240 Blackfriars office, you’ll combine attention to detail with proactive problem solving, collaborating across teams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Campaign Management: oversee all operational aspects of demand generation programs.
• Requirements Gathering: collect and communicate complex campaign requirements.
• Campaign Monitoring: track progress and health of campaigns.
• Quality Assurance: ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
• Issue Resolution: troubleshoot issues promptly.
• Reporting: provide status and performance reports to leadership.
• Revenue Management: monitor forecasted revenue.
• Pacing and Delivery: track program pacing and ensure timely delivery.
• Operational Support: handle day-to-day tasks and additional projects.
