Responsibilities

• Check assigned campaign items against the checklist
• Place approved files in the designated shared locations
• Identify missing assets, wrong links or outdated files
• Note timely updates and changes to assets and approvals
• Ask precise follow-up questions to resolve gaps
• Maintain and hand over a complete asset set to publishing
