Job summary

Glassworks London is seeking a pragmatic Business Systems & Technology Operations Lead to transform business problems into reliable operating systems and AI-assisted workflows. You will own the end-to-end delivery from diagnosis to rollout, coordinating internal teams and external partners where deeper expertise is required.

Qualifications

• Experience turning business problems into usable systems.
• Ability to diagnose business processes and extract knowledge from founders/managers.
• Experience with integrations, automation, APIs or webhooks.
• Experience with data mapping, migration and validation.
• Experience with UAT, QA, edge cases and failure handling.
• Strong documentation and cross-functional communication.

Responsibilities

• Translate requirements into clear system specifications.
• Design operating systems, data structures, dashboards, and SOPs.
• Evaluate technology and vendor options against business needs.
• Coordinate external partners for deeper technical delivery.
• Own rollout, training, adoption, and post-launch improvements.
• Manage access controls, permissions, and knowledge management.
• Build dashboards that support real operating decisions.
