Job summary

Glassworks London is seeking a Head of Business Operations to unify our multi-site business across retail, ecommerce, warehouse and brand functions. You will lead a senior team, establish operating standards, rhythms and KPIs, and ensure sustained execution even when founders review is pending.

You will manage managers, diagnose operating failures, drive recovery, and build organisational capability across UK, USA, Korea and India with distributed teams working UK business hours.

Qualifications

• Senior operations leadership experience across multiple functions.
• Ability to build operating cadence across teams.
• Experience preparing CEO/senior-management reporting that informs decisions.
• Cross-functional stakeholder management at scale.

Responsibilities

• Own the company operating rhythm, including weekly cadence, action registers, decision logs, cross-functional follow-up and escalation.
• Create and maintain a concise recurring operating report for the Founder/CEO, covering KPIs, variances, root cause, owners and deadlines.
• Ensure KPIs are defined, tracked and acted upon with corrective actions and recovery plans.
• Diagnose operating failures across infrastructure, ownership, capacity, process, systems or performance.
• Own HR Ops rhythm, SOP governance and IT/technology-support operating model.
• Drive recovery when plans fail with evidence, reset plans and accountability.
• Coordinate with Retail, Ecommerce, Warehouse, HR, Finance, Creative/Brand, Marketing, Buying, Merchandising, Production, Business Dev and external partners.
