You will develop territory plans, generate new business, qualify opportunities, and lead negotiations to meet revenue and margin targets while coordinating with technical teams for tailored solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Business Development role.
• Experience within the built environment is highly desirable.
• Experience applying pricing strategies and managing margins.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute a targeted territory plan.
• Generate new business through multi-channel outreach and relationship building.
• Lead discovery conversations to understand customer needs and decision processes.
• Qualify opportunities and maintain a strong pipeline aligned to targets.
