Reconomy is seeking a Business Analyst for a United Kingdom – Remote role. You will engage with stakeholders to map current and future processes, document requirements, and translate them into user stories and specifications.

The role focuses on identifying improvements, supporting solution evaluations, and enabling adoption across business and technology domains. You will facilitate workshops, validate benefits and risks, and help deliver process documentation and training materials to ensure

• Experience mapping user journeys, business processes, and operational workflows.
• Ability to work autonomously with senior stakeholders and customers.
• Excellent communication skills to translate complex requirements into practical solutions.
• Experience with commercial, finance, or sales order processing functions.

Responsibilities

• Engage with stakeholders to understand, analyse, and document current and future business processes
• Gather, validate, and document business requirements
• Translate business requirements into detailed user stories, functional specifications, or other appropriate documentation
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, systems, and ways of working
• Support evaluation of potential solutions, including third-party applications
• Assess benefits, risks, and business value with stakeholders
• Facilitate workshops, meetings, and discussions to gather requirements and build consensus
• Support testing activities to ensure solutions meet business requirements and are fit for purpose
• Develop and maintain process documentation, user guides, and supporting materials
• Support implementation, adoption, and continuous improvement activities
• Partner with stakeholders across business and technology initiatives to drive meaningful change and improve efficiency and user experience
