Qualifications

• Experience working as a Business Analyst with exposure to business and technology change.
• Experience of gathering, documenting and managing business requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to turn complex information into clear insights.

Responsibilities

• Understand needs, challenges and opportunities across the business.
• Analyse existing processes and identify ways to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Gather, define and document clear business requirements.
• Translate business needs into requirements, user stories and specifications for technology teams.
• Facilitate workshops to explore requirements and build alignment.
• Create process maps and analyses to show impact of changes.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Project Managers and Engineering during delivery.
• Support testing (SIT/UAT) and manage risks and dependencies.
• Support adoption of new systems and processes and drive continuous improvement.
