Job summary

DWF is seeking a Business Analyst to join our expanding team. The role focuses on delivering technology and business change projects that improve processes and client experience, working with senior stakeholders and technology teams. The position is predominantly remote with occasional travel to London or Leeds for client meetings.

You will gather and document requirements, map processes, run workshops, and support governance and successful implementation of system changes across the firm.

Qualifications

• End-to-end technology, business change and implementation project delivery.
• Business analysis including requirements gathering and process mapping.
• Experience engaging with stakeholders at all levels to define requirements.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of software development lifecycles and technology-enabled change.
• Excellent communication, facilitation and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver technology and business change projects across the firm.
• Work with departments to understand requirements, analyze processes and identify improvements.
• Gather and document requirements, facilitate workshops, support project delivery and manage change impacts.
• Act as the link between business and technical teams to ensure governance and measurable outcomes.
