Qualifications

• Proven BA in a delivery-focused environment.
• Strong requirements engineering and documentation skills.
• Experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Confident stakeholder management and influence.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and organisational skills.
• Experience in Agile environments (Scrum or Kanban).
• Familiar with JIRA and Confluence.
• Proactive mindset delivering real business value.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyse and document requirements for systems and software enhancements.
• Translate business needs into high-quality user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Create as-is and to-be process documentation to support change.
• Refine product backlogs and support delivery planning.
• Bridge between business and IT teams, providing clarity and direction.
• Facilitate workshops to drive alignment and decisions.
• Support UAT, including test case creation and defect resolution.
• Monitor scope and identify risks to stay aligned with objectives.
• Contribute to continuous improvement within the BA function.
