The role spans Microsoft Dynamics, ERP and financial systems change, digital delivery, process improvement and broader transformation initiatives. You will work with stakeholders, support Agile delivery, and help shape practical solutions that deliver real value.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Business Analyst in technology, change or transformation projects.
• Strong requirements gathering and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into clear requirements, user stories, and process maps.
• Support Agile delivery teams with backlog refinement and sprint planning.
• Conduct as-is / to-be analysis to identify inefficiencies.
• Collaborate on Dynamics, ERP and other business systems changes.
• Work with internal teams and third parties on COTS and custom solutions.
• Prioritise requirements and drive stakeholder consensus.
• Support testing, implementation and adoption of new processes.
• Deliver improvements that enhance efficiency and user experience.
