Job summary

Golden Lane Housing seeks a Project Manager to support delivery of transformation projects remotely. You will work with operational leaders and colleagues to shape delivery, manage multiple projects, and keep them on time and budget while focusing on tenant outcomes and service improvements.

You will mbalance competing priorities, drive change, and contribute to technology roadmaps in collaboration with senior leaders and external partners.

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, Agile, Waterfall).
• ICT Project Manager Certified with ability to advise and support project teams.
• Ability to manage numerous projects while balancing priorities.
• Experience of delivering process mapping to streamline processes.
• Proven track record of delivering projects and managing stakeholders on time and budget.
• Experience of benefits realisation and value for money assessment; strong interpersonal and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects to drive efficiency and deliver enhanced experiences for internal and external stakeholders.
• Shape technology and digital roadmaps in alignment with corporate objectives.
• Collaborate with senior leaders, operational teams, suppliers and external partners.
• Contribute ideas and perspectives to improve ways of working.
