Exchange Street Executive Search is seeking an experienced Building Surveyor (Subsidence) to operate from home, covering Northern England. You will lead subsidence assessments on insured properties and manage claims end-to-end.

The role requires MRICS/MCIOB or C.BuildE qualifications or equivalent, strong communication, and a proactive approach to client service and technicalissue resolution across sites. You will travel as needed within the region and collaborate with insurers, loss adjusters,

• Experience handling subsidence and loss adjusting claims.
• MRICS/MCIOB/C.BuildE qualifications preferred or equivalent.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and client service.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver subsidence and building surveying services for insurance claims.
• Attend sites for technical assessments and claim investigations.
• Own workload and manage portfolio to meet SLAs and business goals.
• Visit damaged properties to assess structural issues and reinstatement needs.
• Collaborate with policyholders, insurers, loss adjusters and contractors.
• Maintain accurate records in the claims management system.
