Job summary

Exchange Street Executive Search is helping our client recruit a Graduate Building Surveyor (Subsidence) to handle subsidence claims for domestic and commercial properties. You will deliver professional subsidence and building surveying services and attend sites to assess and investigate claims.

You will work across the UK, manage your workload, collaborate with policyholders, insurers and loss adjusters, and maintain accurate records to support timely resolutions while upholding customer care

Qualifications

• Degree in Building Surveying
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Excellent customer service and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Deliver subsidence and building surveying services for insurance claims
• Attend site to assess claims and investigate
• Manage own workload to meet SLAs
• Visit damaged properties to assess structural issues and reinstatement needs
• Collaborate with policyholders, insurers, loss adjusters and contractors to drive claims to resolution
• Maintain accurate records in our claims management system
