Exchange Street Executive Search is seeking an experienced Building Surveyor (Subsidence) to handle home-based work covering Northern England. You will deliver subsidence and building surveying services for domestic and commercial claims, visiting sites as needed.

Applicants should have subsidence / loss adjusting experience, and professional qualifications such as MRICS, MCIOB, or C.BuildE. Strong communication and customer service skills are essential in coordinating with insurers, loss

Qualifications

• Experience in subsidence and loss adjusting within insurance claims.
• MRICS, MCIOB or C.BuildE qualification preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication; excellent customer service.

Responsabilités

• Deliver subsidence and building surveying services for domestic and commercial claims.
• Attend site assessments and investigate claims.
• Manage own workload to meet business goals and SLAs.
• Visit damaged properties to assess structural issues and reinstatement needs.
• Collaborate with policyholders, insurers and other stakeholders to resolve claims.
• Maintain records in the claims management system for transparency.
• Support other regions as needed and promote shared expertise.
• Uphold company policies and commitment to treating customers fairly.
