Job summary

NEOS Engineering Recruitment is partnering with a growth-focused firm to recruit multiple Business Development Managers across the North West, Yorkshire, the Midlands and London. This role is fully remote with UK-wide opportunities and focuses on turning conversations into business opportunities.

You'll build trusted relationships, identify revenue-generating opportunities and manage your diary with autonomy.

Qualifications

• Experience building and maintaining relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Strong communication, networking and interpersonal skills.
• Commercial awareness with ability to identify revenue opportunities.
• Confident in managing own workload, diary and priorities.
• Proactive, resilient with accountability for results.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop relationships with senior decision-makers across property and construction.
• Attend client meetings, networking events and industry functions.
• Understand client requirements and identify opportunities to connect people and businesses.
• Facilitate introductions and nurture relationships to generate commercial results.
• Develop a strong regional pipeline of prospects and opportunities.
• Manage pipeline, follow-ups and performance against targets.
• Retain and grow existing relationships and expand accounts.
