Qualifications

• UK construction sector knowledge, £2.5m-£100m turnover focus.
• Track record in new business development selling SaaS/tech to contractors and house builders.
• Experience with MEDDPICC and CRM management (preferably Salesforce).
• Fluent English; strong presenting and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Hunt and close new business; manage full sales cycle from discovery to contract.
• Deliver ROI overviews and product demos for SaaS solutions.
• Collaborate with pre-sales and customer success teams on tailored land-and-expand plans.
• Own the pipeline and provide accurate monthly/quarterly bookings forecasts.
• Understand the competitive landscape to position Trimble as a market leader.
