Pertemps Black Country Perms is seeking a Sales Executive to join a fully remote role supporting UK-wide customers from the West Midlands base. You will own the sales process, build relationships, and travel as needed to meet clients across the UK.

The role offers a £30,000 base plus uncapped commission with the flexibility to manage your own time and diary while driving new business and expanding existing accounts.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in B2B sales or account management.
• Track record of winning new business and growing accounts.
• Experience selling physical products or product-led solutions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Developing new business opportunities and growing existing customer accounts.
• Managing the sales process from inquiry to order.
• Building long-term relationships and understanding customer needs.
• Visiting customers across the UK to discuss needs and propose solutions.
• Preparing quotations, tenders and proposals.
• Managing your sales pipeline and CRM data.
• Identifying opportunities and monitoring market trends.
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure great service.
