Job summary

Pinpoint in London is seeking a Product Manager to own a vertical within our growing product team. You’ll shape strategy, run discovery, and collaborate with engineering and design to deliver outcomes that matter to customers and the business.

You’ll work in a remote-first environment with occasional in-person meetups, guiding roadmap, prioritisation, and GTM enablement across Sales, Success, and Support. Strong B2B SaaS experience is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in B2B SaaS product management with end-to-end ownership.
• Ability to balance customer needs, technical constraints, and business impact.
• Excellent communicator, able to align cross-functional teams.
• Skilled in discovery: customer interviews, usability testing, data analysis.
• Strong understanding of architecture, workflows, and trade-offs.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain a clear product strategy and north-star metrics for your vertical.
• Lead customer and internal research, identify high-value problems.
• Write clear specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering and design.
• Prioritise with frameworks (RICE/MoSCoW) and defend tough calls with clarity.
• Oversee design and delivery within the squad and ensure real business impact.
• Create GTM enablement materials and internal docs for Sales and Success.
• Monitor adoption and drive iterative improvements across your area.
