Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive the end-to-end development of their global SaaS gifting platform. You’ll own the product lifecycle from discovery to launch, working with engineering, design, marketing, and sales to deliver measurable value and scalable experiences for customers, partners, and employees.

You’ll report to the Chief Product Officer and operate with autonomy, taking ownership of problems, prioritising impactful work, and guiding teams

Qualifications

• Experience owning B2B SaaS products end-to-end.
• Strong problem-solving ability and comfort with ambiguity.
• Independent, proactive, and goal-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Set product direction and priorities across the platform.
• Define problems and experiences before solutions with clear stories and journeys.
• Lead end-to-end product initiatives from discovery to delivery and iteration.
• Make sound product decisions balancing customer needs, business impact, UX, and tech constraints.
• Develop opportunities with external partners and shape integrations.
• Orchestrate launches and adoption with cross-functional teams to realise value.
• Communicate decisions, progress, risks, and results clearly across leadership.
