Job summary

SmartSourcing Ltd. in the United Kingdom is seeking a Product Manager - Consumer Experience to own the end-to-end journey from discovery to purchase and loyalty in a fast-scaling, product-first team.

You will shape the customer-facing marketplace and drive measurable value across the full funnel. Qualifications

• 3+ years in a Product Management role, ideally within B2C marketplaces, e-commerce, or high-transaction web/app platforms.
• Experience across the full customer funnel and conversion metrics.
• Demonstrable ownership of commercial outcomes and launches that moved key metrics.
• Strong ability to discuss growth strategy and conversion metrics with stakeholders.
• High technical literacy and comfort with front-end performance and prototypes.
• Ownership mindset for user experience and UI design, with AI tooling familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Own the full-stack consumer journey from discovery to loyalty, including search and mobile checkout.
• Set the consumer product direction and size opportunities to prioritize what to build.
• Define success with data, implement tracking, and use A/B testing to prove value.
• Remove friction in buying and drive long-term loyalty with personalised experiences.
• Improve post-purchase experience, entry, scanning, and accessibility.
• Shape commercial requests with Marketing, Data, BD, and exec teams; negotiate trade-offs.
