Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide remote technical support to customers with AV and collaboration issues.
• Troubleshoot systems, identify faults and work through problems to solutions.
• Support customers with equipment, connectivity and configuration queries.
• Own support cases from initial diagnosis to resolution.
• Explain technical issues clearly to non-technical users.
• Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers and manufacturers as needed.
