Responsibilities

• Provide remote technical support for AV and collaboration tech issues
• Troubleshoot systems, identify faults, and resolve problems efficiently
• Assist customers with equipment, connectivity and configuration queries
• Own support cases from initial diagnosis to resolution
• Escalate to internal teams or suppliers when needed
• Maintain accurate records of issues and resolutions
• Perform proactive maintenance checks and updates
• Support system implementations and customer onboarding
