Job summary

Contractiv Global Resourcing is seeking an experienced AV Installation & Service Engineer for Peterborough/Cambridgeshire. The role is field-based, with occasional overnight stays and overtime paid. A vehicle is provided and excellent benefits are offered.

You will install AV systems, service and maintain equipment, and deliver high-quality support across commercial environments. Expect variety, autonomy, and ongoing training in a UK-based role.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in AV installation, service, or technical engineering.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and customer-service approach.

Responsibilities

• Installing AV and digital display systems.
• Providing service and maintenance support for AV and IT equipment.
• Diagnosing and resolving technical issues with remote helpdesk support.
• Completing reports and documentation using online systems.
• Adhering to Health & Safety and company codes of conduct.
• Driving to client sites in your area with occasional overnight stays.
