Job summary

Grwp Llandrillo Menai is seeking an Assessor to manage a standardised learner caseload, delivering training, assessment and quality assurance in workplace settings. The role involves recruiting for a variety of qualifications and meeting learners and employers, predominantly remotely with some travel.

The Assessor will join Busnes at GLLM and promote offered courses, encouraging recruitment. Applicants with at least 3 years in customer service, administration, digital, team leading or management

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service, business administration, digital, team leading or management role (minimum 3 years).
• Delivery of training, assessment and quality assurance of learners' work.
• Ability to recruit for and deliver a variety of qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment and retention of a standardised learner caseload.
• Deliver training, assessment and QA of learners' work in workplace settings.
• Meet with learners and employers remotely, with some travel involved.
• Promote courses offered and support recruitment efforts.
