Job summary

ACT Training Ltd in South Wales is seeking a Digital Assessor to manage a caseload of learners across the region, delivering sessions in the workplace and online. You will assess, plan, and track progress to ensure learners achieve qualifications and progression.

The role requires strong digital delivery skills, ability to manage multiple priorities, and commitment to high‑quality learner experiences. Welsh language ability is desirable but not essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in digital learning and assessment is required.
• Evidence of Level 4+ or Level 7+ digital qualifications is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of learners across South Wales, onsite and online.
• Initiate contact with learner and employer within required timescales.
• Complete induction and Individual Learning Plans within 28 days.
• Conduct monthly progress reviews and provide feedback on learner work.
• Plan and deliver learner-centred training using digital methods.
• Build relationships with employers and ensure learning aligns with workplace needs.
• Maintain accurate records (e.g. OneFile, Vision) reflecting progress and compliance.
• Support progression in higher‑level digital programmes such as Digital Content Designer.

Digital qualification Level 4+ (or equivalent)
