Job summary

Busnes@GLLM is recruiting for an Assessor to manage a standardised caseload of learners, delivering training, assessment and QA in workplace settings. Travel to various workplaces is expected, with remote deliveries and some in-person visits, and the role supports learners in their preferred language.

The post involves recruiting for and delivering qualifications, promoting courses, and potential to teach small group sessions in management, business and digital topics.

Qualifications

• Candidates welcome with at least 3 years experience in customer service, business administration, digital, team leading or management roles.

Responsibilities

• Recruit for and deliver a variety of qualifications.
• Deliver training, assessment and quality assurance of learners’ work.
• Meet with learners and employers in workplace settings, predominantly remotely with some travel.
• Plan visits to maximise time and minimise travel while supporting learners in their language of choice.
