EDF in the United Kingdom is seeking an AskHR Advisor to join our Employee Services team. You’ll be the first point of contact for colleagues needing HR support, handling Live Chat, email and case management, and helping navigate HR policies while building knowledge.

The role is a 12-month fixed-term contract, full-time, 9am–5pm, with remote-from-home work and flexibility to work from near Hove or Exeter. Starting salary around £28,000 per year and opportunities to grow within HR.

Formación

• Experience providing great customer service and managing customer or colleague queries.
• Experience using digital channels such as Live Chat, email or case management systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly with different stakeholders.
• Strong organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple queries and priorities.
• A proactive approach, with experience taking ownership of queries or tasks through to resolution.

Responsabilidades

• Managing HR queries through Live Chat, email and our case management system.
• Giving employees and managers clear information and first-line guidance on HR policies and processes.
• Taking ownership of queries, working with Employee Services and wider HR teams to make sure they’re resolved.
• Keeping employee information and case records accurate, up to date and confidential.
• Helping colleagues use our HR tools and resources while looking for opportunities to improve the service we provide.
