Job summary

EDF Energy is seeking an AskHR Advisor for a 12-month fixed term contract. You’ll support colleagues with HR questions via Live Chat, email and our case management system, guiding them to clear, accurate answers.

Based near Hove or Exeter, you’ll work remotely from home with full-time hours, 9am–5pm, Monday to Friday. A proactive, organised approach and strong people skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience providing customer service and handling queries.
• Ability to explain HR policies clearly.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage HR queries via Live Chat, email and case management.
• Provide first-line guidance on HR policies and processes.
• Take ownership to resolve queries with Employee Services.
• Keep employee records accurate and confidential.
