EDF in the United Kingdom is seeking an AskHR Advisor to join our Employee Services team. You’ll be the first point of contact for colleagues needing HR support, handling Live Chat, email and case management, and helping navigate HR policies while building knowledge.

The role is a 12-month fixed-term contract, full-time, 9am–5pm, with remote-from-home work and flexibility to work from near Hove or Exeter. Starting salary around £28,000 per year and opportunities to grow within HR.

Qualifications

The Opportunity

As an AskHR Advisor, you’ll join our Employee Services team, providing first-line support to employees and managers across the business. You’ll manage conversations through Live Chat, email and our case management system, helping people understand HR policies and making sure they get the right support. It’s an important role in the experience we give our people as we continue our journey towards An Electric Britain.

You’ll join us on a salary of circa £28,000 per annum on a 12-month fixed term contract, working full-time, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. The team works remotely from home, so there’s no requirement to regularly attend an office. We’re looking for someone based close to #Hove or #Exeter, giving you the flexibility to work from one of these offices if you’d like to.

Customer service is a big part of this role. You’ll need to be comfortable managing different queries, working with clear policies and processes, and taking ownership to get things resolved. You’ll work closely with colleagues across HR and Employee Services, building your HR knowledge as you go. So, if you’re proactive, organised and patient, with great people skills and an eye for detail, there’s plenty of opportunity to develop.
