Job summary

NES Fircroft, a leading engineering staffing provider, is seeking an HR Advisor to support day-to-day HR transactions across the UK & Ireland. Based near Daresbury/Warrington with a hybrid pattern (1–2 days in the office) and a 12-month+ contract, the role offers £18.00 per hour plus holidays, equivalent to about £35,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Up-to-date UK HR regulation knowledge for UK & Ireland.
• Experience with HR software such as Service Now, Workday and SAP is advantageous.
• Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams) and data interpretation.
• Ability to perform day-to-day HR transactions across Employee Life Cycle.

Responsibilities

• Executes and delivers HR services in line with processes, KPIs and quality targets.
• Provides on-demand reports related to HR processes.
• Acts as point of contact for HR enquiries and supports cross-collaboration.
• Ensures end-to-end HR transactions with accuracy and customer focus.

HR Advisor

Based: Daresbury, Warrington, WA4

Contract: 12 months +

Hourly Rate: £18.00 p/h + holidays (equivalent to £35,000)

Hours: 37.5 a week - hybrid: 1 or 2 days in the office

Role:- HR Advisor working for our engineering client

Perform day-to-day HR transactions for Employee Life Cycle service line for UK and Ireland.

• Executes and delivers HR services in compliance with agreed business processes, KPIs and quality targets in a timely, accurate and customer focused manner, showing an end-to-end responsibility.
• Provides on-demand reports related to business processes where required.
• Acts as point of contact for enquiries.
• Supports cross-collaboration within HR Services operations and other HR functions
