Job summary
Align Talent Ltd is seeking an Area Sales Manager / Sales Engineer / Business Development Manager to drive growth across the Midlands to the South West UK. The role is remote with market-leading industrial engineering products such as chillers, refrigeration equipment, compressors and compressed-air systems.
The ideal candidate will have a track record in developing new business and managing accounts within manufacturing/engineering sectors, with strong technical acumen and excellent
Qualifications
- Experience as a key account manager or area sales manager in industrial engineering.
- Proven ability to develop new business and manage accounts.
- Knowledge of refrigeration, chillers or HVAC is advantageous.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Can work remotely/hybrid covering Midlands to South West UK.
Responsibilities
- Manage key accounts across Midlands and South West via distributors, OEMs, contractors and end users.
- Develop new business and grow existing relationships while selling technical products.
- Identify new opportunities and build long-term customer relationships.
- Conduct customer visits, product demonstrations and negotiations to meet sales targets.
- Collaborate with Service/Engineering to ensure after-sales support.
- Understand customer technical requirements and provide engineering solutions.
- Coordinate with engineering, technical and service teams to meet requirements.
