Job summary

Training Qualifications UK is seeking an Apprenticeship End-Point Assessor on a full-time, remote-home-based basis with occasional travel to customer sites across the UK. The role delivers End-Point Assessments for listed Apprenticeship Standards, providing independent, fair and reliable judgments and high-quality feedback to apprentices and employers.

Qualifications

• Ability to assess as a minimum, Business Administrator, Customer Service, Teaching Assistant and Assessor Coach Apprentice Standards.
• Has a minimum of 2 years’ experience working in classroom environments.
• Have at least 2 years’ experience of competence-based interviewing within the last 5 years.
• Have current knowledge of the regulatory framework and other regulatory and legislative requirements such as safeguarding, duty of care, equality, diversity and inclusion and health and safety.
• Hold a relevant Assessor qualification or EPA qualification with knowledge of assessment practice and techniques.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned caseload to ensure all stages of the End-Point Assessment journey are completed timely and to the expected standard.
• Deliver End-Point Assessment services to assigned Apprentices and Employers with integrity and impartiality.
• Produce accurate, appropriate and well informed assessment feedback/written reports to validate assessment decisions.
• Maintain knowledge of Apprenticeship Standards and Assessment Plans relevant to listed sector areas.
• Participate in quality assurance processes and assist in moderation, standardisation and development activities.
