Qualifications

• Experience as an assessor, coach, trainer, or mentor in adult learning.
• Strong industry experience in business analysis, data analysis, or process improvement.
• Familiarity with requirements elicitation and other BA methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor adult learners on the Level 4 Business Analyst standard.
• Provide feedback on portfolio evidence and skills development.
• Monitor learner progress through the LMS and ensure requirements stay on track.
• Prepare learners for EPA including project requirements.
