MBN Solutions is hiring an Applied AI Engineer to own the engineering behind AI-driven workflows. You will shape how AI applications are built, evaluated and deployed across the business, with direct access to engineering, product and operations teams.

You will own production-grade AI systems, connect models and tools, and drive reliability and scalability across live business processes.

Qualifications

• Strong software engineering experience and ownership of production code.
• Experience building applications with LLMs or agentic workflows.
• Judgement around system design, integrations, data and reliability.
• Ability to evaluate AI systems beyond demos.
• Comfort navigating unfamiliar problems without a detailed specification.
• Interest in the commercial and customer impact of your work.

Responsibilities

• Build and improve AI applications used in live business workflows.
• Develop agentic systems that connect models, tools, data and backend services.
• Create evaluations that make performance measurable and guide improvements.
• Investigate failures, improve reliability and take solutions through to production.
• Turn complex operational requirements into practical engineering decisions.
• Help establish patterns and infrastructure that other engineers can build on.
