Hamilton Barnes seeks an AI Solutions Engineer to own AI and automation initiatives across the business. You will analyze current processes, design future-state workflows, and deliver AI-enabled solutions that drive measurable value.

Role spans AI engineering, solution design, business analysis, and transformation, with fully remote work. Responsibilities include discovery sessions, process mapping, prioritising AI opportunities, prototyping, and integrating AI with APIs and data sources.

Qualifications

• Strong software engineering experience across multiple languages.
• Hands-on experience building AI applications and agents.
• Experience translating business problems into technical designs.
• Ability to prototype rapidly and iterate with feedback.
• Excellent stakeholder communication with senior teams.

Responsabilités

• Run discovery sessions to understand current processes and goals.
• Map processes, systems, pain points, and manual activities.
• Identify opportunities for AI, agents, and automation.
• Design future-state workflows and technical requirements.
• Build prototypes and proofs of concept to validate ideas.
• Develop AI applications and automation workflows across the business.
• Integrate AI solutions with existing systems and data sources.
• Design human-in-the-loop controls and monitoring.
