Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an AI Support Operations Specialist based in the United Kingdom to own and optimize an AI-powered customer support agent within a remote, international team. You will improve resolution rates, accuracy, and customer satisfaction while ensuring smooth handoffs to human agents when needed.

The role requires hands-on Intercom Fin experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to analyze performance data to drive measurable improvements.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Intercom Fin experience configuring and improving Intercom Fin, with measurable results.
• Excellent clear, empathetic writing and communications for customer-facing responses.
• Strong analytical skills to identify patterns, root causes, and measurable improvements.
• Comfort with technical configurations and collaboration with engineering teams.
• Curiosity about AI-powered support tools and ability to test new approaches.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional efforts and translate findings into actions.
• Proactive mindset with initiative and willingness to learn from setbacks.
• Customer-centric approach focused on reliable, accessible support.
• Experience in regulated environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize the AI support agent's performance, improving resolution rates and satisfaction.
• Ensure AI responses are accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with standards.
• Analyze interactions to identify recurring issues and prioritize improvements.
• Design tests before/after changes and measure impact on performance.
• Configure AI behavior and workflows to ensure clear, empathetic interactions.
• Facilitate smooth human handoffs when escalation is needed.
• Explore expanding AI support to more products and journeys.
• Monitor new AI features and run experiments to prove value.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Compliance, and knowledge owners.
• Report insights to Customer Care leadership and track progress.
