Outset is hiring a Senior Customer & Solutions partner in London (remote) to support UK and European research teams on an AI interview platform. You will review study plans, recruit participants, manage panel partners, and act as a trusted advisor to customers.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in research operations, fieldwork or panel management and can explain complex software in clear, simple terms. Remote collaboration is expected as the platform evolves.
