Qualifications

• Previous experience in a technical/customer support role within a technology company.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to explain technical issues in simple terms.
• Ability to learn new software and technology quickly.

Responsibilities

• Onboarding new customers and leading product demos.
• Providing ongoing customer and technical support.
• Troubleshooting platform, configuration and technical issues.
• Managing support tickets, bugs and customer requests.
• Working closely with the Product Development team.
• Keeping customers updated throughout the resolution process.
• Identifying recurring issues and suggesting product improvements.
