Job summary

Cast AI is seeking a founding customer-facing engineer for our Kimchi product within the Customer Success organization. You will lead hands-on demos, set up Kimchi Studio workspaces in customer environments, and help teams configure worktrees, integrations, and skills so agents follow conventions.

You will design governance policies, optimize routing and spending, and work with customers to unlock growth opportunities while ensuring governance and spend visibility.

Qualifications

• Deep hands-on experience with LLMs deployed, tuned, evaluated, or debugging their failure modes.
• Experience in fast-moving environments with changing requirements.
• Ability to explain complex inference concepts to non-ML engineers.

Responsibilities

• Lead hands-on demos of Kimchi products - Coding, Studio and Teleport.
• Set up Kimchi Studio workspaces within customer environments and configure integrations.
• Design and drive governance policies for customers including spending limits and cost attribution.
• Help teams integrate Kimchi's serverless inference API and optimize routing for workloads.
• Translate customer feedback into product input and communicate governance gaps.
