Job summary

Atlassian is seeking a Customer Success Architect (AI focus) to lead adoption of our AI platform, Rovo, within enterprise accounts. You’ll bridge deep AI and Atlassian solutions, design custom agents, and deploy production-ready workflows that deliver measurable value.

You’ll partner with pre/post-sales, align with product teams, and travel up to 15% for customer engagements. You will be based in the UK, join a team that emphasizes collaboration, scalability, and customer success metrics.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in Customer Success or account management with Enterprise SaaS.
• Experience with AI platforms, Atlassian ecosystem (Jira, Confluence, Rovo).
• Hands-on experience building AI agents and configuring enterprise integrations.
• Ability to translate AI capabilities into tangible business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate discovery, design custom Rovo agents and connectors.
• Deploy solutions from sandbox to production and enable scale.
• Collaborate with Account Teams, CSMs and Product teams to drive adoption.
